Foreign Prosecution Unit Investigator and Liaison with the Mexican
Goverment. Started with the DA's Office in 1998 after 3 years with the El
Paso Police Department. Does majority of Spanish/English translations for
the unit.

Foreign Prosecution Unit Investigator. Joined the DA's Office in 2004 but his
law enforcement career started with the El Paso Police Department in
1982. He worked with Dignitary Protection and Search and Rescue Units as
well as many other assignments during his 23 year career.
